Delivery Information
Delivery Times.
Goods are despatched via our shipping partners UPS standard service, or for pallet orders via a firm chosen by us predetermined by the weight, size and value of your goods and although these are not guaranteed delivery services the majority of our items will be delivered within 1 working day from despatch. We aim to despatch all goods within 2 working days. If you need your goods urgently then please call us on 01787 314079 for our express options.
Please be advised that delivery of parcels to home addresses can take longer than those sent to business addresses.
For all overseas order please contact us in the first instance to obtain shipping rates.
Delivery Address
A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the couriers will attempt a further two deliveries and subsequently will return the parcel to ourselves. Please note our advisors cannot be held responsible if you are not at the delivery address to accept goods when they are delivered.

We deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Delivery Charges
We charge a flat rate of £5.40 for all orders regardless of size or value, We feel this is the fairest way for you and you dont have to worry about any additional charges at the checkout..
Where applicable we only charge one delivery fee and this is the delivery fee that is added to your order at the order processing stage, so if part of your order has been dispatched and we are awaiting stock to make up the rest of your order, you will not be charged for delivery again.
